Order Cancellations
Orders submitted online are processed immediately. Once a submission is complete, it may not be cancelled. Customers must wait to receive the merchandise before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- In the original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any issued refund.
