Order Cancellations

Orders submitted online are processed immediately. Once a submission is complete, it may not be cancelled. Customers must wait to receive the merchandise before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in original condition.
In the original, undamaged packaging.
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Shipping Your Return

To initiate a return, please email support@activgears.com for authorization. Please note the following regarding logistics:

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any issued refund.

Pro Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
