  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt photo & Store name.
  • Device ID: Model & Serial Number.
  • Evidence: Photos or videos of the defect.

Remote Troubleshooting

Our team will guide you through software checks. If preferred, visit an authorized service center for an on-site assessment.

If the issue is hardware-related and covered by warranty, we proceed to replacement.

Direct Replacement

Once approved, we replace your faulty device with a brand-new unit.

Note: Replacement units carry the remaining balance of your original 2-year warranty.
