Business Development Manager

Quezon City (Office & Field-based)

Role Overview
Lead dealer growth and sales expansion by acquiring new retail partners, managing existing accounts, and driving sell-through across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard retail partners nationwide; build relationships with store owners and buyers.

Account Management: Manage existing dealers; monitor performance; conduct regular store visits and support dealer needs.

Sales Growth: Achieve targets; drive 30-day reorder cycles; recommend product allocation based on performance.

Execution: Coordinate in-store activations, brand visibility, and order fulfillment with operations.

Qualifications
3–5+ years in sales or business development; experience with retail accounts or sports/tech industry is a plus; strong communication and negotiation skills; willing to travel for store visits.
Skills Required
Sales & negotiation; dealer training and presentations; account management & pipeline tracking; data-driven thinking (Google Sheets/Excel); problem-solving for store traffic and sales trends.

Customer Support Specialist

Quezon City (Office-based)

Role Overview
Provide delightful, efficient, and highly knowledgeable support to our community of athletes and users across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Issue Resolution: Reliably resolve inquiries delightfully and efficiently via phone, email, and chat.

Product Mastery: Learn, master, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide proper solutions.

Operations & Admin: Perform other duties as directed including order tracking, outbound contact projects, and data entry.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively across departments to deliver feedback and resolve technical issues, contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
3–4 years of customer service experience preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog); careful attention to detail and procedures; willing to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (weekend option available).
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication; critical thinking and decision making; proficiency in basic business/communication software; ability to master new systems and processes quickly.
