A Durable, High Performance and Cushioned Trail Shoe
Tomir’s VIBRAM® MEGAGRIP + LITEBASE outsole with 5mm lugs is made for gravel and grass, sand and sun, roots and rocks. Every condition, every adventure. From the short strides of a last vertical kilometre, to weekend-long rolling hikes--feel secure, do more. The rubber compound is also (very) long-wearing, because it’s better for the planet to replace your shoes less often.
The upper is a unique blend of monofilament polyester and TPE. That makes it resistant to abrasion and snag. It’s also craft-stitched onto the midsole, which adds to the shoe’s durability. Asymmetrical lacing increases support and reduces pressure points.
The EVA foam midsole offers lighter weight, supreme cushioning, and step-enhancing rebound.

the best thing i like about it is the grip, it GRIPS!
comfort is 8/10 for me, which is still very good. it's just that i have wide feet and nnormal has only regular fit shoes at the moment. i had to loosen the shoelace at the front by a little. This causes some 'sliding' inside the shoes. fortunately there's still lots of extra room because i added 0.5 to my exact shoe size.
i finished the whole 160 kms of kotm h1 last week with only tomir1 and injinji socks. i had very small blister under my left foot. my feet were mostly wet during the race due to aweat and river crossing. normally (before i had the tomir and injinji), my feet would be full of blisters and dead toe nails.
on durability, it is now 220 kms and counting, still looking fresh. looking forward to over 1000kms with it.
best pair of shoes i've ever had. helped me finish 160kms in less than 32hrs.
would be nice to compare it with tomir2.0 and kjerag in the future.
